Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the meeding at Gardemoen next week. The National Genomics Infrastructure I am co-directing is undergoing an evaluation by the Swedish Research Council and with short notice the expert panel wants to have a hearing with key staff including the director on Monday. I am very sorry about this last minute change of my schedule, but there is nothing I can do about it.
I hope that you will have a productive meeting!
On another matter what should I do with my travel expenses and hotelcost last meeting? How do I get reimbursed.

Kjære styremedlemmer.
Styremøte 2/15 i UNINETT Sigma2 AS finner sted mandag 11. mai på Radisson Blu Airport Hotel, Gardermoen. Møtet er berammet fra kl. 10.00 til kl. 15.00.
Vedlagt finner dere innkallingsnotat for styremøtet til informasjon. Saksunderlaget publiseres på Sigma2-styrets Agora-gruppe i morgen. Det vil også bli gjennomført et styrekurs i regi av Ernst & Young ved møtets oppstart.
Dere vil få ny beskjed når komplett saksunderlag er tilgjengelig på Agora.
