Hei! I prinsippet er referatet utmerket. Jeg er dog litt usikker på formuleringen i vedtaket under sak 13/19: «Styret gir daglig leder adgang til å inngå forlik med motparten i eventuell ankesak knyttet til Fram.» Det kan jo leses som at vi skal inngå forlik, mens styret var klar på at forlikstilbudet måtte ha en reell verdi som gjorde at man kunne forvente at Sigma2 sin kompensasjon svarer til tilkjent erstatning, men fratrukket forventede saksomkostninger for en ankeprosess (vi snakket vel om at tilbudet måtte ha en reell (kontant)-verdi på (tilkjent erstatning minus 1 MNOK). Jeg vet ikke om man kan finne en formulering som reflekterer dette. The Italian candidature, centered around the technopolis of Bologna, was put forward by the consortium CINECA, led by the Italian Ministry of Research, together with the National Institute for Nuclear Physics (INFN) and the International Superior School of Advanced Studies in Trieste (SISSA). According to the Italian offer, Bologna is the candidate-city to host one of the two laboratories which will be set up under the EuroHPC-JU. In enclosing a paper with more detailed information regarding the Italian candidature, I summarize herewith its main points: * Long-standing experience developed by Italy in the field of high-performance computing; * Level of excellence achieved by the Technopolis of Bologna; * Financial commitment already pledged by the Italian government for an amount of 120 million euros, in order to cover part of the expenses necessary for the installation of one of the two computer-laboratories. The Italian proposal is supported by Slovenia which is part of the international consortium supporting the candidature of the Technopolis of Bologna. I would be grateful and highly appreciate if you could look into the above Italian candidature, and also explore the possibility that Norway might join the international consortium already set up by Italy and Slovenia, with an aim to supporting the candidature of the city of Bologna. Hei. Årets andre ordinære styremøte i Sigma2 finner sted tirsdag 7. mai. TID og STED: Møtested er Radisson Blu Airport Hotell, Gardermoen. Tidspunkt for styremøtet er klokken 09.00 - 15.00. Vedlagt denne eposten er agenda for møtet. De øvrige saksdokumentene er lagt ut på Agora. https://agora.uninett.no/group/uninett-sigma2-styre/gruppe Merk at saken om valg av leverandør til HPC-maskin B1 er lagt på lukket gruppe. Underlag til saken om Dialog RFK-leder - Sigma2-styret vil bli ettersendt, da det gjenstår et par avklaringer med RFK-leder Alexander Nederbragt.
